Why use a Treadmill Simulator?

Many trail runners live in flat areas but dream of racing in the Alps, Pyrenees, or Rockies. Training on a flat treadmill doesn't prepare your legs for the specific muscular demands of long climbs.

How it works

  1. Upload your race route: We analyze the elevation profile.
  2. Set your pace: We calculate exactly when you'll hit each hill based on your gym speed.
  3. Get the intervals: We smooth the jagged terrain into manageable 5-minute blocks (or whatever you prefer).
